On May 12th, Auden Albany showcased their first model unit tour to give future residents a sneak peek for the fall.
“It was great to see the model in person! It is way better than Empire Commons, the on-campus apartments where I lived this past year!” said junior Carl Colas, a University at Albany student.
“It is spacious and very comfortable, we are going to have a lot of fun living here,” said fellow University of Albany student Jamal Hamilton, who is also Carl's roommate next year.
For brunch, Auden partnered with Bountiful Bread and provided the residents with danishes, scones, and muffins. "We are very happy to collaborate with new businesses in the area and I'm positive with this new relationship with Auden Albany, we will be able to provide students with amazing things," said Amanda Martin, general manager of Bountiful Bread.
“It’s awesome to see how much Auden has put into this model event!" said Brendon Ruggi, a future Auden resident. "Greeting us with amazing Bountiful Bread Cinnabon’s was a great way to start the morning. The model looks amazing, I can’t wait to move in!”
Later that afternoon, those students arriving to tour the model were able to enjoy Cold Stone ice cream that was waiting for them at the apartment's fridge.
"This is just the beginning of what we are looking to offer those interested in living in our state of the art, luxury off-campus community," said Karen Fernandez, director of leasing at Auden.
